What occurred is Tokyo District Court approved the start of civil rehabilitation proceedings, meaning Mt. Gox bankruptcy process that’s been underway since 2014 will be put on hold. This may mean traders are one step in getting their Bitcoins back. Those who claim Mt. Gox owes them money will have between then and October 22nd to file their requests and provide evidence to back up their claims.
